Subject: Request for Personal Security in Pakistan
I, Syed Hussain, Pakistani Citizen, am the grand-son of Late Mr. A. M. Qureshi, founder of Islamia College Complex Karachi, and I am the General Secretary of the Islamic Education Trust (Registered 1958) which is the owner of Islamia College. Mr. A. M. Qureshi created the Islamic Education Trust and established Islamia College Complex in order to promote education for the masses, the underprivileged and the poor. My mother Mrs. Mumtaz (Qureshi) Muzakkir Hussain is the eldest daughter of Mr. A. M. Qureshi and is also a Founder Trustee of the said Trust.
Mr. A. M. Qureshi established this Trust and it is deemed a charitable trust. For many years my mother’s siblings and their children have been trying to hijack the Islamic Education Trust and use the property for their personal gain. I am cooperating with the Government of Sindh and our goal is that Islamia College Complex should be acquired by the Sindh Government, for the sole purpose of imparting education, which was the ambition of Late Mr. A. M. Qureshi.
Currently there are almost 20,000 students that are receiving their education at the Islamia College Complex Karachi. In the early 1970s the Islamia College Complex Karachi was nationalized by the Government of Pakistan under MLR-118. My opposition group, Mrs. Afroze Shah and her lobby members are demanding not only possession of Islamia College Complex Karachi but also so-called rent from the Province of Sindh. Their purpose is to gain possession of the College and then evacuate the students from there, in order to use the approximate 5 acres of property which is located very near to Quaid-e-Azam, Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s tomb.
Since I am cooperating with the government of Sindh in the favor of the Sindh government and 20,000 students of Islamia College Complex Karachi, (details shown below), the personal security of my family and I is being jeopardized and I have received numerous threats from the following persons:
1. My maternal aunt- Mrs. Afroze Shah
2. Afroze Shah’s husband – Mr. Anwar Ali Shah
3. Afroze Shah’s daughter- Ms. Assia Shah
4. Afroze Shah’s elder son- Syed Amir Ali Shah (Taluka Nazim Bihria In Sindh)
5. Afroze Shah’s younger son- Syed Mureed Ali Shah
6. Afroze Shah’s family friend- Mr. Malik Saleem
7. All of Mrs. Afroze Shah’s partners and so-called group Trustees
8. My maternal uncle- Mr. Sabir Qureshi & his family
9. My maternal uncle- Mr. Khalid Qureshi & his family
10. My maternal uncle- Mr. Tariq Qureshi & his family
11. My maternal uncle- Mr. Akbar Qureshi & his family
12. My maternal uncle- Mr. Nasir Qureshi & his family
13. My maternal uncle- Mr. Iqbal Qureshi & his family

God forbid, in the event of any damages, monetary or life, against me and my family the above persons should be held responsible. The above mentioned persons numbered 1-5 are all permanent residents of: Syed Mohalla, Bihria City, Naushero Feroze 2, Sindh. The above mentioned persons 1-5 are currently residing at: B-12-B Central Avenue, Phase II, D.H.A. Karachi. The permanent residence of the above mentioned persons 8-16 is: 86 Amil Colony, Opposite Usmania Masjid in Islamia College Complex Karachi.
Below is a brief history of a series of events which have transpired:
On 7th September, 2001, the Honourable High Court of Sindh Karachi in Constitutional Petition Number D-96 of 2001 [Islamic Education Trust v/s Province of Sindh and others] in their order directs the Official Assignee Karachi:
“ …to assume the power of the owner of the property [Islamia College Complex] and take such measures as he considers necessary or expedient to protect the owners’ interest in accordance with the Trust Deed [Islamic Education Trust Deed (Reg’d) 1958].”
On 25th October 2008, a notice was issued by the courts, and received by the Principals and Head Masters of the Islamia College Complex Karachi wherein the teachers and students were ordered to peacefully vacate the Islamia College Complex building. This vacation order was fraudulently taken by Mr. Kadir Bakhsh Umrani, Official Assignee Karachi who misguided the Honorable Court. The Official Assignee Karachi is an accomplice to Mrs. Afroze Shah.
In reality, if you take a close look at the Islamic Education Trust Deed (Reg’d 1958), there is no clause for collecting rent or vacating the building. The said Trust is registered as a charitable trust ONLY. Therefore, Mr. Kadir Bakhsh Umrani is not working in accordance with the Islamic Education Trust Deed, and he has taken this order to vacate the Islamia College premises by fraud!
On 29th October 2008, the students of the Islamia College Complex Karachi led a procession in order to object to the vacation orders. The students blocked the major roadway in front of Islamia College Complex Karachi. Afterwards, a clash erupted between the students and area police resulting in the injury of many students and press reporters.
On the same day, the Special Secretary to Governor Sindh, Ms. Rabiya Javeri Agha, arranged an emergency meeting between the Respected Governor of Sindh, Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan with my mother, Founder Trustee Islamic Education Trust, Mrs. Mumtaz (Qureshi) Muzakkir Hussain and me, Syed Kamran Hussain, General Secretary of Islamic Education Trust. During this meeting with Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad, I explained to the Respected Governor that Islamic Education Trust (Reg’d 1958) is the real owner of the Islamia College Complex Karachi and that there is no mention in the trust deed that the college complex should be vacated or that rent should be collected from the government of Sindh. My mother and I are in total support of the students and are in strictly oppose the acts committed by the Official Assignee, Mr. Kadir Bakhsh Umrani. However, my maternal aunt, Mrs. Afroze Shah and maternal Uncle, Mr. Khalid Rehman Qureshi and their lobby have been working closely with Mr. Kadir Bakhsh Umrani so that they may obtain possession of Islamia College Complex Karachi.
During this meeting with the Honorable Governor, Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad, it was decided that I, Syed Kamran Hussain and the Sindh Government will both separately file the same application under section 12 (2) r/w section 20 of Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 before the same concerned Honurable Court, the 3rd Rent Controller, East, Karachi, regarding Civil case of Execution No. 17 of 2008 for Rent Case No. 413 of 2004, and request it to dismiss the orders of vacating the building.
On 7th November, 2008 Both the Province of Sindh and Syed Kamran Hussain on the behalf of Islamic Education Trust, filed the same applications which had been discussed in meeting dated 29th October, 2009, in the Court of 3rd Rent Controller, East, Karachi. The parties concerned are:
Islamic Education Trust, Applicant – represented by Mr. Kadir Buksh Umrani The (Current) Official Assignee in Karachi, Pakistan
v/s
City District Government Karachi and Others, Opponent.
Since 24th January 2009, all final arguments have been concluded and the Honourable Judge has not yet given their order in this regards. Province of Sindh and us are awaiting final order from the Judge.
The said property Islamia College Complex Karachi, is a highly sought after landmark located in the heart of Karachi, near Jinnah’s tomb. I personally have been working selflessly for this noble cause so that my late grandfather, Quaid-e-Taleem , Mr. A.M. Qureshi may continue to receive blessings of Allah as long as students are receiving their education from this institution.
It is unfortunate that my family and I are being threatened for our lives because we are supporting this noble cause and cooperating with the government of Sindh, Pakistan.
It is my prayer that upon my return to Pakistan, I request police protection and support from all government agencies so that all my maternal aunts and uncles, especially Mrs. Afroze Shah and her lobby should not misuse any government agency against me. In particular, I am mentioning the F.I.A. (Federal Investigating Agency) at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
An early reply and positive action is kindly requested.

Short story of council Election in ma area in Jhelum…1994 Elections were up and Mashallah i was their to support to my friends uncle, tick the lists and send the people in. Total number of voters for that Halaqa (Area) was 4687 i still remember that and after 2 pm fight broke out from the opponent side towards us. Election controler asked who is sending people in large numbers etc…….. and Police took my friends Uncle away being as Humble and nice person, mind you that opponents were use to run the business of Horse Carriage but start becoming poupler of dirty business and defrauding innocents.
any way at the end of the day my friends uncle took 3015 votes and Opponents took 2985, we won by very small margin but me and my friend was thinking how is that possible. when we arose that issue with ma friends uncle so later he hand an answer that his opponent had some new voters just night before election which was not true.
my point is recenlty we saw elections in Afghanistan and Iran, just think how fair elections would be in Pakistan to bring same these ugly faces. fraud has not even left out the most advanced country in the world USA, President Jhonson was elected by some mystery votes in 1944 (Watch on you tube ” Evidance of Revision “) the Bush jounior won in the same way from Taxes and then again the President election in 2000.

When Pervez Musharaff tookover Pakistan on 12 October 1999 the Pakistan economicaly,looting by the Ex Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif as he charged for.Let’s compare the Pervez Musharraf and Nawaz Sharif achievement for the Great Pakistan.
1. In 2000 1st time Defence equipments exhibition arranged by Musharraf Govt.In which Pakistan introduced their own weapon into international market and got big buyer as ,Saudi Arabia,Malaysia,Sri Lanka etc.
2.The Inflation ratio decreased from 4.4% to 2.6% in 2000/01.4.4% was in 1998/99.
3.GDP Growth increased from 2.5% to 3.6% in 2000/01.
4.Revenue Collection increased from 16% to 16.8% in 2000/01.
5.Servicing ratio increased from 1.92% to 2.53%.
6.Foreign Direct Investment(FDI) $307.6m in 2001/2002.
7.Export increased rate 34%/year from 2001 to 2006.
8.Overseas employe’s money increased from $983m to $1,087m in 2001/2002.
9. The export Target fixed by the Govt.in 2005/06 $17bn but given target acihieved in just 9months.
10.In 1997/98 and 1998/99 per capital income was just $438 which increased upto $831 which is remarkable
11.Record Industrial progress happend in Musharraf period services growth rate increased to 7.1%.
12.Foreign Exchange reserves became $16.4bn which is remarkable.
13.Pakistan name appear in those 3 countries list who were rapidly growing and Germany and Korea appreciated Musharraf’s strategic to strenghthen Pak economy.
14.Musharraf has given freedom to this Media and granted license to 50 new channels due to this freedom one of the scholar Dr.Mah Jabeen Islam said

19.Annual servicing debt 35% decreased which is recorded
20.Public Development Funds(PDF) became on PKR 520bn which never ever done by any govt.
21.Due to this rapidly growing Pakistan name has been deleted from the list of (HIPC)Highly indebted poor countries.
22.There are 47 new Universities open in His period as per (FBS)there are 45,007 new educational institutes stablished in.
These are just few achievements shown above but so many kindness of Great Musharraf did for our Great Country Pakistan by the Great Man Mr.Musharraf.

Contact Nos. +9221-4407651 but proper action not seen till today, this is why that we are from Pakistan you didn’t play any important role in this respect and the result is zero may be you are waiting for that this information is 100% error free if it was delivered by RAW, CIA, FBI, Mossad, Pakistani Law Enforcement Agency or any other Agent/Agency which comes under your shelter or Line to Line. But I think its’ not enough because this is the responsibility of every sensible, patriotic and reasonable citizen who should inform about the same if he/she find something wrong in this regard.
All Agencies always ask Public to help them in catching culprits/terrorists. After investigating now I am trying to help you but you are silent and idle. If the matter worst in future, I will responsible you. In Pakistan am working in Public Organization which bound me to appear in a picture or due to some other rules/obligation imposed by the Government therefore, I am asking you for the help. Why we do get USA or an International pressure/dictation at the cost of our countries faith and national interest. Tell me when the time is came we all are gather equal for national consensus and mutual benefits.

The Government will do anything & everything to satisfy themselves, even if they have to sell off thier families! So now, The President House has got a new name then, The President Hall. And since every occassion can be celebrated there, can any one Ask Mr. Zardari how much is he charging per hour? I wish to celebrate my Son’s KHATNA there!

I think Pakistan could still beat the default state by renting out the President House around the clock for Shaadis,Aqiqa, and anything that require a gathering place.I say anything and everything is possible other worthwhile places are garden of Quaid Mosulam in Karachi.Oh yes dont forget we can get you any place you want for your social gathering in Democratic Pakistan .
I think that’s a good idea it could be used for private parties defiantly! It would be even better if the money goes to the home less.
How can I book the president house? For my party? I dont see any harm in having a wedding in president house “off hours” as long as the money goes to the people.
