Codename Operation Enduring Turmoil Exposed! – Zionist Neocon Plans for Pakistan and rest of the World

2008 December 22

Operation Enduring Turmoil is the Neocons plan to disassemble Pakistan, give northern Pakistan to Afghanistan, Southwest Pakistan to the Balochs… all this in an effort to restrict Chinese access to energy and herd energy resources towards Israel, the Mediterranean and Europe. Whatever happening in NWFP and Baluchistan is part of this BIG game!

Until the US disavows the Neocon plan to achieve “benevolent global hegemony” —the benevolence of which has already caused the deaths of maybe a million people— I don’t see how anyone in their right mind can expect Pakistan or any of the other proposed PNAC(Wiki) victims to cooperate in their own destruction. But unfortunately in Pakistan, some ignorant, selfish traitors have decided to facilitate this plan!

Video: The Untold History of The Project for the New American Century

This film goes in detail through the untold history of The Project for the New American Century with tons of archival footage and connects it right into the present. This film exposes how every major war in US history was based on a complete fraud with video of insiders themselves admitting it.

This film shows how the first film theaters in the US were used over a hundred years ago to broadcast propaganda to rile the American people into the Spanish-American War. This film shows the white papers of the oil company Unocal which called for the creation of a pipeline through Afghanistan and how their exact needs were fulfilled through the US invasion of Afghanistan.

This film shows how Halliburton under their “cost plus” exclusive contract with the US Government went on a mad dash spending spree akin to something out of the movie Brewster’s Millions, yet instead of blowing $30 million they blew through BILLIONS by literally burning millions of dollars worth of hundred thousand dollar cars and trucks if they had.

Video: PNAC – Project for a New American Century

Established in the spring of 1997 and funded largely by the energy and arms industries, the Project for the New American Century was founded as the neoconservative think tank whose stated goal was to usher in a “new American century”. Having won the cold war and no military threat to speak of, this group of ideologues created a blueprint for the future whose agenda was to capitalize upon our surplus of military forces and funds and forcing American hegemony and corporate privatization throughout the world. In their statement of principles they outline a fourfold agenda: 1) Increase an already enormous military budget at the expense of domestic social programs 2) Toppling of regimes resistant to our corporate interests 3) Forcing democracy at the barrel of a gun in regions that have no history of the democratic process 4) Replacing the UN’s role of preserving and extending international order (This all can be read in their own words at www.newamericancentury.org)

Video: PNAC and the NEOCONs: wanted a new Pearl Harbor

Documents the rise to power of the Neoconservative National Movement (NEOCONs) and their Project for an American Century (PNAC). Their plans for global domination and the required increase in military spending would require, in their own words, a catalyzing event along the lines of a new Pearl Harbor. The events of 9/11 were, to the NEOCONs, a dream come true.

In my view, no doubt we are headed presently with some traitors and this is continuing, since long, some time under Military Dictatorship and some time under so called Democratic Dictatorship, but you see the awareness among common people of Pakistan. This awareness is found all over within the Muslim Umma as far as common masses are concerned. This awareness is gift from God. If some of us purchased and tammed by our enemy will not make much problem. This is just enemy’s wish what they are planning us. Our eyes are open, it will not be easy for them to run such programmes. Other than America, there is a big Al Mighty force Whoes programme goes with out intruption. We know our enemy and we are ready to stop them, do not worry of some of us who are cowards.

It doesnt matter what neocon predicts.neocon is a think tank which is close to republican party and the republicans are no more in power so there is nothing to worry and create a buzz.Pakistan is a country of 167251000 people and area of 796,095 sq.km with nuclear power,it sounded joke to me that someone made a plan and we will fall exactly like thier wishes.Pakistanis are patratic, hardworking, bold and inteligent people, but in my view there is only one problem and that is we dont intend to learn from our past mistakes.we need the policy of peace and harmony with our neighbours and with our whole region.this country is bless by ALLAH with every resource what is lacking is a vision as a nation.our decision makers should rise above from narrow minded thinking, negativity, secterian bigotry , regional cast and creed preferences and should make polices as “pakistani” and according to vision and dream of our great founder M.A.Jinnah.

I am impressed by the article written by Mohsin and agree up to some extent that America is spreading its power all over the world and trying to dominate everyone in its path including Pakistan especially and which every other country in the past has done or has at least tried to do so including the Muslims. But I do not agree how an old fashioned Islamic state system will bring everything to normal and will normalize Muslims condition and will help them dominate the world again. I think any system can work best as long as its people are honest to each other and to their system, so what we need is not an old style dictator-ship or present days capitalism but honesty. Now look at China an example mostly used by Mohsin himself in his article is neither Islamic nor Capitalist but they are a power today. So why cannot Muslims become power without indulging into any ‘ism’ like hard line Islamism or any other ‘ism’?
I guess people need to be inspired by science and technology, their minds need to be opened up politically and scientifically rather than through religious heroic talk of the past of what we were and how we were. We today lack the determination and honesty and are not honest to the system of any kind. If caliphate was such an ideological and powerful state then why did it crumble? Not because it was not Islamic any more but it became ignorant of others and arrogant and dishonesty prevailed and as well as un-accepting of the new systems and rules from outside. More over it lacked the freedom which Muslim people always wanted to express themselves (both the personal and political freedom) and could no longer trust the system as the world shrank due to increasing population and colonization of the world by the west.
So we if need to see Muslims rise again as a power in the world in the 21st century and onwards then we need not be tight fisted like as we were in caliphate system before. Or rather we should now create and accept such a new Islamic system which would not be too tight in personal and other freedom and not too open and free like the west where gays and lesbians are the main stream society. We will need to inspire people through science and technology and not consider it as a witch craft against Islam as in the past. We as Muslims will need to have a system of moderation and we will need to learn to live together and accept each other rather than being fascist towards each other and only then we will be able to rise as a successful power.

A PLAN FOR DISMEMBERMENT OF PAKISTAN!
The plan for such action was revealed in the following article: “Afghanistan’s Ordeal Puts a Region At Risk,” by James B. Curren and Phillip A. Karber, Armed Forces Journal International, pp. 78-105, March 1985.
Note: Unfortunately our policy makers never make an attempt to read such articles to learn ahead of time, about such planning, disguised as war on “Terrorism,” which is indeed fragmentation of Pakistan for ultimate control of Muslims (like in Middle East Kingdoms and Emirates for their own National interests.
    Background of authors:
James B, Curren at the time of writing this article (1985) was head of the Simulations Department of European Security Programs of the BDM Corporation (a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company) of McLean, VA. Prior to joining BDM, Curren was associated with the Center for Strategic and International Studies at Georgetown University. He received his Master’s degree in security policy studies from the George Washington University in 1983.
Phillip A. Karber at the time of publication (1985) of this article was Vice-President for National Security Programs, the BDM Corporation, McLean, VA. In government from 1968 to 1971, he was national security advisor to Congressman Craig Hosmer, the ranking minority member of the Joint Committee on Atomic Energy; in the mid-Seventies, he directed the National Security Study Memorandum evaluating the US/Soviet and NATO/Warsaw Pact conventional force balance; and from 1981 to 1983 he served as director of Defense Secretary Weinberger’s newly-established think tank – the Strategic Concepts Development Center. A former Marine and member of the US Army Science Board, he was also adjunct professor in the Georgetown University’s Graduate School’s National Security Program.
Although such plan describes what the Soviets might have done, yet it was published by two Intelligence Analysts, belonging to the “Strategic Think Tanks,” contracted by the U.S. Department of Defense, National Security Agency, and CIA.
The article begins by describing with Graphics the intervention by the Soviets in 1929 (when King Amanullah had a weak hold and was anti British and Pro-Soviet ruler) through proxy sources from North leading to Full Scale Invasion of Afghanistan in October, 1979 after the assassination of Pro-Soviet President Tarekki by Pro-Amin forces. This task was achieved to place friendly leader in power like the Americans did in Iran by placing Shah of Iran. As part of their efforts, Soviet intelligence identified Afghan army units which needed to be neutralized and took steps to make sure that what remained of the Afghan army would be loyal to the Soviets (exactly what the Anglo-American plan is currently in action). After Main’s assassination, Babrak Karmal (a presumed long-time KGB agent) assumed the presidency and “invited” Soviet forces to quell the revolution which was supported by “external imperialist powers.” (This is exactly what Benazir Bhutto did a few years ago by inviting FBI and CIA to quell the turmoil that was created by growing Islamic forces in Pakistan).
    Page 82. Shows two blocks:
    1. Graphic depicting “Sovietization of Afghan War” in time (from 1978 to 1985). This graph shows that during this period Soviet strength remained relatively stable for the first five years of the intervention, with Soviet increases offset by the decay of the Afghan army through lengthening of duty and impressment had been counterbalanced over the past few years through mutinies and desertions.
    2. The second block highlighted the “Soviet-Afghan Chronology” beginning from 1895 (on this page) and going up to December 1978, when Soviets and Afghan government signed a treaty of friendship and cooperation. The Chronology block is continued on next page leading up to the events in the fall of 1984.
Current invasion of Afghanistan followed exactly the same route as was used by Soviets, but this time through the “paid” cooperation of former Soviet Republics of Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and with the aid Afghan rebel group called Northern Alliance.
There are four important parts of this article worth mentioning.
    1. The authors first describe the Soviet-Strategy in Afghanistan and American countermeasures to create a Vietnam like situation to bleed them. They identify Afghan Resistance Groups to use them against Soviet incursions with the help of Pakistani ISI and military sources. Then the authors describe the importance of Afghanistan in the regional context with the aid of regional map and graphic details depicting, major military airfields, major passes, Salang Tunnel, all weather roads, major refugee concentrations, terrain features, and areas where Soviets used chemical weapons. (U.S./NASA flew a special Shuttle mission to map the earth in three dimension , using a special double-boom carrying 3-D radar equipment to get better geographical details of the terrain information for already planned attacks via Tomahawk Cruise missiles, and aerial bombardment. This information was supplement by a University of Nebraska Professor, John Shroder, who spent a few years at Kabul university photographing important rock formations and locations with a great deal of information about the location of caves for future strategic planning) Also shown on this map is the information about location of Pakistan’s Nuclear facilities: Kanupp power reactor near Karachi, fuel fabrication plant in Chashma, Uranium enrichment facility as potential targets. (one must also keep in mind that John Pikes of the Federation of American Scientists last year published Satellite photographs of all the strategic facilities and air-field to make Pakistani military extremely nervous). Also shown in this segment by a graphic depicting number of displaced people or refugees (in 1985 time frame) within Afghanistan (1.2 million), and moved to Pakistan (3 million) and Iran (1.5 million).
    2. The second part of this article reveals how Soviets used Afghanistan as a Laboratory to test their advanced weapons such as “Liquid Fire” and “Fuel-Air Cratering Bombs (500-Kg). And now in the current war American and British troop are doing exactly the same but their weapons have become more lethal as compared to Soviets (such as 15,000-kg Daisy Cutter Bombs, night vision equipment and use of Navy Seals and Special Forces or Commandos equipped with Satellite phones, GPS receivers, and PDA’s giving them latest technology to kill more people than what the soviets did twenty years ago).
    3. The third segment of this article discusses four sets of rivalries (Russian-Pakistani, Sino-Russian, Indo-Pakistani, and Sino-Indian), military balance in this region and exploitation of the common military edict: “the enemy of my enemy is my friend.”
    4. The fourth and most important is the “hidden plan” under the guise of “Scenarios of the Future,” begun with unresolved conflict between India and Pakistan with three maps showing: 1947-48 Kashmir conflict, 1965 Indo-Pakistan war, and 1971 Bangladesh war. But the real fear has emerged due to the possession of Nuclear weapons by both India and Pakistan as evidenced by nuclear explosions in 1998. There is graphic shown on page 106 that compares the nuclear capabilities of Iraq (arbitrary scale of 5), Pakistan (arbit. Scale 14), and India (arbit. Scale of 30), in light of Islamic Bomb (shown in 1985 time frame).
With regard to SCENARIO OF THE FUTURE? The authors in addition to explaining the strategy in last three pages use a block with two maps that are of major interest for Pakistan. This block beginning at the top displays a map with showing joint Indo-Russian military offensive with following captions: (1) preemptive attacks on Pakistan’s major air bases (that is explained in a recently published article by Seymour Hersh in New Yorker Magazine as joint U.S. Israeli planned attacks through India), (2) Russian bombing of refugee camps and air assault seizure of key passes (between Pakistan and Afghanistan), (3) Indian strikes on Pakistan nuclear facilities, and (4) Russian interdiction of Karakoram Highway. The second half of this block contains another map with caption: GROUND CAMPAIGN FOR THE DISMEMBERMENT OF PAKISTAN. This has map has four bulleted actions described in this regard: (1) creation of independent “Peoples Republic of Baluchistan” with a Naval Base and Force Deployment Treaty, (2) absorption of northwest tribal territories into Afghanistan, (3) absorption of West Kashmir into India, and (4) Administration of Sind/Punjab autonomous zone by India.
So, this is how the devilish plan for the “future scenario” is including the exploitation of local population based on the provincial, ethnic and religious differences to achieve this objective. This has already been shown in Iraq by creating no-fly-zones with the pretext of protecting Shias in the South-East and Kurdish people in the North. Thus Pakistan must not take it as a light matter as to what extent Anglo-American effort can go to carve out small entities for their own advantage ever since they succeeded in the breakup of Ottoman Empire as part of their future strategy to divide Middle east into small but strategically manageable countries that never existed before. By fomenting ethnic hatreds they can sell more weapons to ignite further fires to make Muslims fight with other Muslims and achieve the other objective of making us weak and always dependent on West for protection as well security.

    Dear sir,
My take is given given below:The Destabilization of Pakistan
    by Prof. Michel Chossudovsky
Part Two: Pakistan and the “Global War on Terrorism” at
    http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=7746

The assassination of Benazir Bhutto has created conditions which contribute to the ongoing destabilization and fragmentation of Pakistan as a Nation.
The process of US sponsored “regime change”, which normally consists in the re-formation of a fresh proxy government under new leaders has been broken. Discredited in the eyes of Pakistani public opinion, General Pervez Musharaf cannot remain in the seat of political power. But at the same time, the fake elections supported by the “international community” scheduled for January 2008, even if they were to be carried out, would not be accepted as legitimate, thereby creating a political impasse.
There are indications that the assassination of Benazir Bhutto was anticipated by US officials:
“It has been known for months that the Bush-Cheney administration and its allies have been maneuvering to strengthen their political control of Pakistan, paving the way for the expansion and deepening of the “war on terrorism” across the region.
Various American destabilization plans, known for months by officials and analysts, proposed the toppling of Pakistan’s military…
The assassination of Bhutto appears to have been anticipated. There were even reports of “chatter” among US officials about the possible assassinations of either Pervez Musharraf or Benazir Bhutto, well before the actual attempts took place. (Larry Chin, Global Research, 29 December 2007)
    Political Impasse
“Regime change” with a view to ensuring continuity under military rule is no longer the main thrust of US foreign policy. The regime of Pervez Musharraf cannot prevail. Washington’s foreign policy course is to actively promote the political fragmentation and balkanization of Pakistan as a nation.
A new political leadership is anticipated but in all likelihood it will take on a very different shape, in relation to previous US sponsored regimes. One can expect that Washington will push for a compliant political leadership, with no commitment to the national interest, a leadership which will serve US imperial interests, while concurrently contributing under the disguise of “decentralization”, to the weakening of the central government and the fracture of Pakistan’s fragile federal structure.
The political impasse is deliberate. It is part of an evolving US foreign policy agenda, which favors disruption and disarray in the structures of the Pakistani State. Indirect rule by the Pakistani military and intelligence apparatus is to be replaced by more direct forms of US interference, including an expanded US military presence inside Pakistan.

This expanded military presence is also dictated by the Middle East-Central Asia geopolitical situation and Washington’s ongoing plans to extend the Middle East war to a much broader area.
The US has several military bases in Pakistan. It controls the country’s air space. According to a recent report: “U.S. Special Forces are expected to vastly expand their presence in Pakistan, as part of an effort to train and support indigenous counter-insurgency forces and clandestine counterterrorism units” (William Arkin, Washington Post, December 2007).
The official justification and pretext for an increased military presence in Pakistan is to extend the “war on terrorism”. Concurrently, to justify its counterrorism program, Washington is also beefing up its covert support to the “terrorists.”
    The Balkanization of Pakistan
Already in 2005, a report by the US National Intelligence Council and the CIA forecast a “Yugoslav-like fate” for Pakistan “in a decade with the country riven by civil war, bloodshed and inter-provincial rivalries, as seen recently in Balochistan.” (Energy Compass, 2 March 2005). According to the NIC-CIA, Pakistan is slated to become a “failed state” by 2015, “as it would be affected by civil war, complete Talibanisation and struggle for control of its nuclear weapons”. (Quoted by former Pakistan High Commissioner to UK, Wajid Shamsul Hasan, Times of India, 13 February 2005):
“Nascent democratic reforms will produce little change in the face of opposition from an entrenched political elite and radical Islamic parties. In a climate of continuing domestic turmoil, the Central government’s control probably will be reduced to the Punjabi heartland and the economic hub of Karachi,” the former diplomat quoted the NIC-CIA report as saying.
Expressing apprehension, Hasan asked, “are our military rulers working on a similar agenda or something that has been laid out for them in the various assessment reports over the years by the National Intelligence Council in joint collaboration with CIA?” (Ibid)
Continuity, characterized by the dominant role of the Pakistani military and intelligence has been scrapped in favor of political breakup and balkanization.

According to the NIC-CIA scenario, which Washington intends to carry out: “Pakistan will not recover easily from decades of political and economic mismanagement, divisive policies, lawlessness, corruption and ethnic friction,” (Ibid) .
The US course consists in fomenting social, ethnic and factional divisions and political fragmentation, including the territorial breakup of Pakistan. This course of action is also dictated by US war plans in relation to both Afghanistan and Iran.
This US agenda for Pakistan is similar to that applied throughout the broader Middle East Central Asian region. US strategy, supported by covert intelligence operations, consists in triggering ethnic and religious strife, abetting and financing secessionist movements while also weakening the institutions of the central government.
The broader objective is to fracture the Nation State and redraw the borders of Iraq, Iran, Syria, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
    Pakistan’s Oil and Gas reserves

Pakistan’s extensive oil and gas reserves, largely located in Balochistan province, as well as its pipeline corridors are considered strategic by the Anglo-American alliance, requiring the concurrent militarization of Pakistani territory.
Balochistan comprises more than 40 percent of Pakistan’s land mass, possesses important reserves of oil and natural gas as well as extensive mineral resources.
The Iran-India pipeline corridor is slated to transit through Balochistan. Balochistan also possesses a deap sea port largely financed by China located at Gwadar, on the Arabian Sea, not far from the Straits of Hormuz where 30 % of the world’s daily oil supply moves by ship or pipeline. (Asia News.it, 29 December 2007)
Pakistan has an estimated 25.1 trillion cubic feet (Tcf) of proven gas reserves of which 19 trillion are located in Balochistan. Among foreign oil and gas contractors in Balochistan are BP, Italy’s ENI, Austria’s OMV, and Australia’s BHP. It is worth noting that Pakistan’s State oil and gas companies, including PPL which has the largest stake in the Sui oil fields of Balochistan are up for privatization under IMF-World Bank supervision.
According to the Oil and Gas Journal (OGJ), Pakistan had proven oil reserves of 300 million barrels, most of which are located in Balochistan. Other estimates place Balochistan oil reserves at an estimated six trillion barrels of oil reserves both on-shore and off-shore (Environment News Service, 27 October 2006) .
    Covert Support to Balochistan Separatists

Balochistan’s strategic energy reserves have a bearing on the separatist agenda. Following a familiar pattern, there are indications that the Baloch insurgency is being supported and abetted by Britain and the US.

The Baloch national resistance movement dates back to the late 1940s, when Balochistan was invaded by Pakistan. In the current geopolitical context, the separatist movement is in the process of being hijacked by foreign powers.
British intelligence is allegedly providing covert support to Balochistan separatists (which from the outset have been repressed by Pakistan’s military). In June 2006, Pakistan’s Senate Committee on Defence accused British intelligence of “abetting the insurgency in the province bordering Iran” [Balochistan]..(Press Trust of India, 9 August 2006). Ten British MPs were involved in a closed door session of the Senate Committee on Defence regarding the alleged support of Britain’s Secret Service to Baloch separatists (Ibid). Also of relevance are reports of CIA and Mossad support to Baloch rebels in Iran and Southern Afghanistan.

It would appear that Britain and the US are supporting both sides. The US is providing American F-16 jets to the Pakistani military, which are being used to bomb Baloch villages in Balochistan. Meanwhile, British alleged covert support to the separatist movement (according to the Pakistani Senate Committee) contributes to weakening the central government.

The stated purpose of US counter-terrorism is to provide covert support as well as as training to “Liberation Armies” ultimately with a view to destabilizing sovereign governments. In Kosovo, the training of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) in the 1990s had been entrusted to a private mercenary company, Military Professional Resources Inc (MPRI), on contract to the Pentagon.

The BLA bears a canny resemblance to Kosovo’s KLA, which was financed by the drug trade and supported by the CIA and Germany’s Bundes Nachrichten Dienst (BND).

The BLA emerged shortly after the 1999 military coup. It has no tangible links to the Baloch resistance movement, which developed since the late 1940s. An aura of mystery surrounds the leadership of the BLA.

hello, undoubtly the yankees were upto that, but it seems that the worse is over as the plan totally exposed, remember such like plans can bring results only if the victims are unaware,as all that time when CIA kept on putting the blame on pak army and ISI for double dealing in fact it were yankees who were double dealing to get this end.Now it seems that attampt for balochistan is almost over, but we should be very careful in future as the overall plan they still have in their minds and will try to find anyother oppurtunity in future to fulfill it,now it is time to settle the home as it is more strong and with little weaknesses, and a need to be cautious of the extremism of the right or the left as those extremists fell prey to foreign powers very easily,in a socity fraught with social injustice and corruption it is very easy to find puppets and at the same time we should get rid of american dependency as it bring more problems than solutions, there is just one reason why Iran, an integral part of the game,is living peacefully and that is by avoiding the USA¡

All we need is justice in Pakistan among all provinces, as NWFP always ask for its royalty of electricity, Baluchistan has not given commands on its own resources, Sindh earn most but don’t get what it deserve, it seems as we did not learned any lessons from 1971 where WAR WAS PAKISTAN Vs PAKISTAN AND NOT INDIA Vs PAKISTAN ,B/C BANGLADESH WAS PAKISTAN THEN.INDIA intervened with USSR in our internal affair as we were doing injustice with Bangalis, otherwise Bangladesh would have still part of Pakistan,so if we do “justice” then USA and the rest of the world simply can’t break Pakistan.

Dear Brothers,Pakistan was created on an ideological basis which acted as a binding force between differant ethnic groups in then what is now called Pakistan and Bangladesh. It also promised a federal parliamentary form of government which would ensure deliverance rights and benefits of state to all without discrimination. What has happened for the last 60 years is a promised welfare muslim state became a security state where security appratus usurped every thing with support of US and UK and military dictators denied economic, social and political rights to citizens, resulting in total apathy to national pride and independence. This has helped so-called neocons to develop theories for dis integeration of Pakistan

  29. 2009 January 2

If your speculations about Neocon are true, then you all MUST realize the fact that United States is the most powerful country in this world (economically and militarily both), and in future it will be seconded by none other than China. That will leave only one emerging power to decide the tilt in this big game – India. It will make China and the USA to go to almost any extent to pull India to their side. And if that requires disintegration of Pakistan, they won’t hesitate.

Kuhda bunday say khud yeh pochey bata teri raza kiya hay.”

    1) China just signed an MoU with Pak. by which, like the India purchasings of SU-30s from Israel, Pak. and China will TOGETHER MANUFACTURE such planes (like the SU-30). They have termed the upcoming planes (Insha’Allah) as “Jaguar”.

    2) China recently signed a Defence Deal with Pak. a few days after Russia signed one with India… it was publicly announced on TV

Whatever you stated above, MAYBE, right & correct, but a question arises, that what is China doing or what is it’s RESPONSE/REACTION, to such ‘plans, of it’s enemy towards it; & I am sure China doesn’t look towards such an enemy as its friend?

You may be able to also guide and help your readers about Chinese response and where it can be found?
